So, these last few months have been crazy! Going down a newer path in my life and trying to get things figured out as I go. I have way more to share with that but the rest will be in future blog soon to come!
Other than that, I have still been trying to work on my social media and webpage growth. It’s been a slow process for me as I figure things out along the way but I’m excited to see it all come together! I am eager to get into the fall season although living here in Florida, you wouldn’t even think it’s October. The heat and humidity is so outrageous with not an ounce of chill in the air. Lucky for my husband and I, we will be visiting Connecticut in another week. I cannot wait to see the beautiful fall colors (something we don’t get much of here in the sunshine state) and get some cooler weather. I can finally pull out my boots and sweaters even if it’s just for a few days. I also look forward to my other love during travel; the food!!! I want to find the food gems of Connecticut and eat there! Stay tuned for that!
My end of the month Ninja Blender giveaway is nearing! I have gotten so many amazing food pic entries. So much talent out there and so many amazing healthy meals that made my mouth water as I went through looking at them all. One thing is for sure; it’s not going to be an easy decision to pick just one because they are all wonderful.
Another thing to tell you all is that I have been working the evenings at the boot camp I have been training at for the last 2 ½ years. I work out in the mornings and help out in the evenings and I’m grateful to be a part of it. This weekend we will be holding a free seminar for anyone and everyone who wants to come learn. There are many amazing supplements that we all use and incorporate into our diets and fitness routines that can be beneficial in so many ways, so educating and showing others how they can fit these things into their life to enhance their fitness and health experience is what it’s all about. I’m excited because I get to be at the table that makes some shakes and pancakes. My love for food isn’t just for my page, the passion is real! We will also talk about healthy hacks and ways to make better choices and healthy choices with convenience for those that are cramped for time. The bottom line is, IT CAN BE DONE! All you have to have is the “want” and the “drive” to improve yourself and your wellbeing. I know from experience because I too have done so many transitions in the last few years. When I had really put my mind to it and actively started making the changes, is when I began to see and feel the changes. It was the best feeling in the world! Everyone has struggles and if you have them too, don’t be afraid of them. We just need to help ourselves work through these struggles. You don’t even have to succeed the first time around but as long as you keep trying until you get it and you don’t lose your momentum, you WILL get it right!!
