Understanding what kind of foods’ you are putting in your body is important but it doesn’t have to consume you. The reason most fail at improving eating habits is worrying about the tedious work and thought involved. What if you could just relax, eat a healthy balanced meal, and portion your meals better without really having to count everything? Seems like something that could be done, right? Absolutely!

I believe that making a change towards better health is a learn-as-you-go kind of thing. I made small transitions in the beginning. Sometimes it’s not about waking up one day and changing everything you’ve ever done, but the one thing that you do have to change is your way of thinking.
